Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Before returning damaged or faulty goods we request that you contact us.

• All damages or shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods.

• A full refund for damaged or faulty items will be made.

• Proof of damaged goods needs to be email on including order details.

• Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund includes the full price of the goods; any deposit/part payments and the cost of the original standard delivery service (premium delivery services will not be refunded). The refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This refund will be completed within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
